Development
Savills have produced a proposal to build the following on the open space by Winterslow village hall:
- 80-140 additional houses
- Light Industrial Units
- A Retirement 'Care Village'
- A Pre-school nursery
WOOD believe that this scale of development will fundamentally alter the nature of Winterslow. Savills have provided two plans:
